By accessing or using the Regen Me website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Research Use Only

All products listed on Regen Me are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements and are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. By purchasing you certify that you are a qualified researcher or professional acting on behalf of one.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Payment is processed through third-party providers and you agree to their terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import restrictions in your jurisdiction.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Report any issues within 7 days of delivery with photos and lot numbers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software — is the property of Regen Me or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, (c) interfere with other users, or (d) misrepresent your identity or intended use of any product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regen Me and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or products. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
